About Us
Our bakery evolved from Horn O Plenty Freshtaurant’s Kitchen, mom the wood-fired baker by night, and me (Mandisa Horn), operating the wood-fired restaurant’s kitchen by day. We developed our sourdough recipes over a 14 year span, serving them exclusively in our restaurant.
Now, because we felt the need to share our love of enjoying sourdough bread, we moved our process to the building up-hill on our property, and have expanded into a Sourdough-centric wholesale bakery, as well as retail!
Our sourdough focused bakery is staffed with passionate people who are experienced in Horn O Plenty’s processes and food philosophy. Bread is simple, it just takes time to honor the ingredients to make simple bread great!
